APPLICATIONS

Detection of iron needles, nails and snapped iron pieces strayed in various fabric and industrial products listed below: 1) Sewing products (babies, children , ladies, men’s wears, kimono, underwear, pajamas) 2) Carpets, textiles, felts, non-woven fabrics, fabric rolls 3) Foods and groceries, drugs and medicines, packed articles 4) First-aid, pre-check for medical care before X-ray inspection, MRI-inspection 5) Security inspections such as luggage, bags, unattended, suspicious objects.

Detection needles in baby wears, children's wears, lady's and men's wears Detection of making pins in kimono, fabric rolls Searching whereabouts of needles, iron pieces after a conveyer detector inspected. Stick type ( a long hand) detector, easy to handle for outright inspection of articles hanging hangers. Detection of making pins or snapped pins strayed in clothing. For security inspection Medical care and first-aid inspection to remove iron pieces before X-ray, MRI inspections

PRINCIPLE

When iron・steel products (magnetic) takes a move in the magnetic field of a magnet, that raises minute electric current within detecting coils. 　By amplifying the electric current the detector activates an alarming circuit to detect strayed pins and needles, snapped pins, etc.
