4-20 mA Position Sensors Product Overview

All five Position Feedback Monitors in the SG1000 Series provide independent and accurate feedback of slide gate or valve position to an external device such as a PLC or optional PM500 Process Meter Display Unit. Models are housed in a rugged, explosion proof cast aluminum enclosure that is dirt, dust, and grease proof, and is water resistant.  In the case of a power failure, all SG1000s are designed to retain accurate gate position.

	PM500 The PM500 is a fully programmable process meter with two 4-20 mA sensor inputs that can be scaled to any user-selected units. It can easily display any production variable such as temperature, position, or rate.The ability to detect, convert, and display the input signal makes the PM500 an inexpensive solution to many industrial applications.
	SG1000A Provides accurate slide gate or valve position feedback where the end-to-end rotation is more than one full turn up to six full turns before reversing. Provides 4-20 mA output and interfaces with optional PM500 Process Meter as a remote display unit or a PLC. Housed in an explosion proof, NEMA 4X enclosure.
	SG1000B Provides accurate gate position feedback when measuring linear position where the end-to-end linear movement can be tracked via a telescopic-arm, which converts the linear position to an angular movement. Provides 4-20 mA output and interfaces with optional PM500 Process Meter as a remote display unit or a PLC. Housed in an explosion proof, NEMA 4X enclosure.
	SG1000C Provides accurate shaft position feedback where the end-to-end rotation is exactly 360 degrees before reversing, or when the process just repeats itself after turning 360 degrees without reversing. Provides 4-20 mA output and interfaces with optional PM500 Process Meter as a remote display unit or a PLC. Housed in an explosion proof, NEMA 4X enclosure.
	SG1000D Provides accurate valve position feedback where the end-to-end rotation is anywhere between 0 and 360 degrees) before reversing. Provides 4-20 mA output and interfaces with optional PM500 Process Meter as a remote display unit or a PLC. Housed in an explosion proof, NEMA 4X enclosure.
	SG1000E Provides accurate shaft position feedback where the end-to-end rotation is anywhere between 0 and 130 degrees before reversing. Provides 4-20 mA output and interfaces with optional PM500 Process Meter as a remote display unit or a PLC. Housed in an explosion proof, NEMA 4X enclosure.
